The resulting liquid derived from the double distillation process is a pure clear liquid. Because it is unaltered, it retains the organoleptic characteristics of the agave. We allow for the liquid to have contact with oxygen for a limited amont of time, a natural process, before it is bottled as Siembra Azul Blanco or sent to barrels, in the cases of Siembra Azul Reposado and Añejo.
