5 cilantro leaves
1/4 of a green apple cut into cubes
5 green grapes
1/2 oz The Liquid Chef Aloe Vera-Lemon Grass syrup or simple syrup for a less complex cocktail
3/4 oz lime juice
2 oz Siembra Azul Tequila Blanco
Garnish with a basil sprig.
Muddle the first four ingredients in a mixing glass/shaker then add the lime juice, Siembra Azul Blanco, ice, shake and double strain with a hawthorn strainer and fine mesh strainer (bar chinois) into a martini glass.
